Now customers are calling to buy, not to see if you have what they need. Small Dealer? Don’t Worry- We have a couple dealers registered at only $50/month. We have small dealers that specialize in only one make, and some only one model and some car dealers that part a few bike here and there. We love all dealers to have their parts available for sale, especially rare and hard to find parts. We also have discounted plans for dealers that deal in mainly off-road vehicles. For example; we can discount our service until our off-road vehicles have been uploaded to our database. Don’t fall behind other dealers, try our free registration and email us for a small dealer plan application. Basic - $300/month. Price plan will allow full access to the Salvage Dealer Link interchange system and full access to Salvage Dealer Link’s Parts Hotline . Refer to the about us page for details on each service. This fee will remain the same until we get errors down to a minimum. (Keep in mind we are a new site.) Service fee will go up as operating cost rise. Our goal is to stay around $500/month, or start to offer some features as optional upgrades and make them monthly fees to help keep costs low for smaller dealers that don’t use some features. We may also offer prepay discount if you pay for entire year at once. We will decide when software is running closer to its full potential. Upgrade plan I - $250 Upgrade from our standard invoice to custom one of your choice. Most dealers send us their current invoice they use in house and we will scan it into The interchange system so you can invoice out parts, the print out will look just you’re your in house invoice. (note: this feature also automatically pulls parts out of inventory so searches are accurate.) This is a one-time fee. If future adjustments need to be made they will be billed hourly at $50/hr. Even most difficult changes are usually under one hour. Upgrade plan II - $500 One-time fee. Our parts locator search engine will be installed on your website. We will program and design the interchange search engine onto your site with your name. We will also program it to search your in house inventory only. You got your customers in there; they should be buying your parts. After a few months this upgrade pays for itself. There will be a $25/month maintenance fee to monitor the search engine and provide security. (our programmer will provide you website developer a section of code so they can place it where you want it. ) Upgrade plan III - $500 One-time upgrade to search engine above. We offer this upgrade to our search engine on your site, where we can program the interchange system to search all dealer yards, if you don’t have the part they need in stock. The search result will only show if other yards have the part they need, but no contact information of the supplying dealer, just retail pricing. This way your customers, through your site, will have to call you to have you get the parts they found with the search engine on your site. Why just sell your parts?? ( Reduced incoming phone calls, reduced employee searches, just customers calling to order parts they need. ) After a few months, another upgrade that paid for itself. A $10/month maintenance and security fee to monitor additional activity. Upgrade plan IV – Price to be determined. Service will print all label for parts as you inventory them. A small laser label will print with Year,Make,Model,Vin , and part description. This label can be put on all parts as you tear down bike. Labels can also be places on small tag cards that can be wire tied to oily parts. The car industry has been doing this for years. There will be a starter kit with a label maker, some labels, software if needed and tech support. It will be barcode capable for dealers that want to use it. Bonus: We all know dealer inventory software is very expensive and not very user friendly. You dealers also already know from Dealer Expo that no one has software for the motorcycle salvage business. Our software lets you inventory your parts, have easy access to it, and even tells you if you have parts off other bikes you may not know of that are the same. We even set you up so you can invoice out your parts and automatically remove the sold parts to keep your inventory updated. And we also just instated a sold parts feature that will monitor sold inventory and let you export it to excel at any time so you can monitor sales and make your accounting for you taxes as easy as the click of a button.
