1.	Why do I need to register? Dealers need to register so that can post their 
parts for sale and customers all over the world can see if they have what they 
need. Dealers also need to register so they can search they own in house 
inventory and cross reference to see what other parts off other bike will work 
for their application. 

2.	Does the public have to register? No. Public has free access to complete 
search engine. Public also has access to post parts wanted add in our Parts 
Hotlines forums. Here, hundreds of dealers will see your want add, and if 
they have that part they will contact you immediately. 

3.	What is the Partial Part# Search field? This field is designed so you can pull 
out the color code off of the original part number so you can see who has that 
part and how much. For colored parts, before you select your part, you will 
notice that there are same parts listed with different colors. You will notice 
that the parts number for same part but different colors, are pretty much the 
same except for the last few characters of the part number. You can count 
back the number of digit that varies on the end of the part number. Usually 4 
at the most. After you select the part you want, you can backspace out the 
color code portion at the end of the part number before pressing your search 
button. This feature will bring up all parts that are the same no matter what 
color. Great for wheels, plastics, etc. Find part you need and just paint to 
match. 

4.	Why do I need to enter my Zip Code? This feature will 
organize parts found  from nearest to you, to furthest. This will also help 
you figure out shipping or driving distance. 

5.	Why are my models not updating? Between searches we 
recommend you click the New Search button to reset the fields. 

6. Why are certain features not working? The Add Parts Page 
  works using a Javascript Ajax automatic web connection.
 Firewalls or other internet security programs are sometimes set to block
 Javascript or Ajax. Try checking these settings.


7. Why does the search page ask for my email address?
This enables your email address and part search request to be sent to our many
dealers so they may contact you when the part becomes available, if it's
not in any current dealer ineventory.
