We also at our discretion can terminate any member’s service without notice, without reason, and at any time. Salvage Dealer Link is not responsible for accuracy or availability of search results, due to parts searched are supplied by dealers themselves, and maintained by them. By using this site, you agree not to reverse engineer any aspects of this site, and agree not to use it for any other purpose than posting parts for sale and locating parts needed. This agreement is between you and Salvage Dealer Link and shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Ohio (without regard to principles of conflict of laws), including the application of any applicable statutes of limitations. Any action, suit or proceeding brought by any party with respect to, or to enforce the terms of, this agreement shall be brought by such party exclusively in the courts of the Commonwealth of Ohio located in Lorian County, Ohio or Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
